Vice President Mike Pence, Wednesday morning in interview with CNN and Washington Post, reiterated U.S. stance on not negotiating with North Korea over its continuous missile tests.

He said the only thing we need to hear from North Korea is that they are ending and ultimately dismantling their nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles program.

 "I think the path of negotiations with North Korea has been a colossal failure now for more than 25 years, We believe that through discussions and negotiations among nations apart from North Korea that we may well be able to bring the kind of economic and diplomatic pressure that would result in North Korea finally abandoning its nuclear ambitions and its ballistic missile program."  Mike told Washington post.

 

During last year's presidential campaign, President Donald Trump said he'd be willing to speak with Kim Jong Un, but when asked Wednesday if there would be any direct negotiations Pence said "not at this time."

HORRIFIC, 15 YEAR OLD BOY LOSES PENIS AND EYES, AS MAN ACCUSES HIM OF HAVING SEX WITH HIS DAUGHTER.

The Father of the injured young boy claimed that the girls father and three of his friends kidnapped his son and took him to a lonely place, where they sliced off his manhood and gouged his two eyes, and left to die.

The teenager was saved by a passer-by who saw him bleeding profusely and took him to hospital where he was treated for blood loss after the penis was chopped off and his eyes removed.

“The girl’s dad and his accomplices kidnapped our son from his school and took him to a deserted place near Ravi river.

“They brutally chopped off his sexual organ and pricked his eyes in revenge, and then fled.” the boys dad said.

The boys dad accused the girls dad of the dastardly act, because the father of the girl felt the two were having an affair.


The angry dad is alleged to have sliced off a 15-year-old boy’s penis and gouged out his eyes because he thought the lad was sleeping with his daughter. The incident came to light after the boys family claimed the girls family were responsible, and pleaded for justice.

Senior police officer, Haider Ashraf, said: “We will submit the report of the case after completing investigation.”

NORTH KOREAN PROVOCATION: U.S VICE PRESIDENT PENCE AFFRIMS END TO 'STRATEGIC PATIENCE' ON NORTH KOREA.

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence paid a surprise visit to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) on his trip to South Korea where he affirmed to put to an end to what he called a policy of "strategic patience" on North Korea. He said,

 

"The era of strategic patience is over, President Trump has made it clear that the patience of the United States and our allies in this region has run out and we want to see change. We want to see North Korea abandon its reckless path of the development of nuclear weapons, and also its continual use and testing of ballistic missiles is unacceptable."

 

 The commander of U.S. Forces Korea Gen. Vincent Brooks, briefed him as he landed at Camp Bonifas on a helicopter, and then went on to visit the Freedom House observation post in the Korean DMZ.

 

Pence heaped praises on the "Unshakeable Bond" between the American and the Korean people, while addressing reporters at the Camp Bonifas. He said,

 

"My father served in the Korean war with the U.S. Army, and on the way here, we actually saw some of the terrain my father fought alongside Korean forces to help earn your freedom," Pence said. "It’s a great honour to be with all of our forces."

 

 His visit comes just a day after North Korea's failed missile launch, and one month since Secretary of State Rex Tillerson's visit to the DMZ, where he was notably photographed by a North Korean soldier standing on the other side of an observation post.

"MOTHER OF ALL BOMBS" U.S. STRIKES ISIS STRONGHOLD IN AFGHANISTAN WITH MOAB.

GBU-43 OR THE MASSIVE ORDINANCE AIR BLAST, NICKNMAED MOTHER OF ALL BOMB.

The bomb which was formally known as GBU-43 or MASSIVE ORDINANCE AIR BLAST, was developed in 2003.

The U.S. military dropped the 22,000-pound GBU-43-43 bomb nicknamed "the mother of all bombs," the largest non-nuclear weapon ever used in combat by the U.S., on Thursday as they target the ISIS cave complex in eastern Afghanistan.

 It is the first time the bomb, developed in the early days of the Iraq war, has been used in combat.
According to the U.S/Afghanistan forces in a statement released on Thursday,

"At 7:32 p.m. local time today, U.S. Forces/Afghanistan conducted a strike on an ISIS-K tunnel complex in Achin district, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan, as part of ongoing efforts to defeat ISIS-K in Afghanistan in 2017, the strike used a GBU-43 bomb dropped from a U.S. aircraft, the strike was designed to minimize the risk to Afghan and U.S. forces conducting clearing operations in the area while maximizing the destruction of ISIS-K fighters and facilities."

ISIS-K refers to ISIS-Khorasan, an ISIS affiliate in Afghanistan that mainly operates in the eastern part of the country.

 As the ISIS Strengthen their defence with the use of IEDs, bunkers and tunnels, Gen. John W. Nicholson, the commander of U.S/Afghanistan forces, said that this is right munition to be used to break their defences and weaken them.

"As ISIS-K's losses have mounted, they are using IEDs, bunkers and tunnels to thicken their defence, this is the right munition to reduce these obstacles and maintain the momentum of our offensive against ISIS-K."

 "U.S. forces took every precaution to avoid civilian casualties with this strike. U.S. forces will continue offensive operations until ISIS-K is destroyed in Afghanistan."  the military said.

President Donald Trump confirmed the authorization for the strike in Afghanistan, he said,

“Everybody knows exactly what happened, and what I do is I authorize my military, we’ve given them total authorization, frankly, that’s why they’ve been so successful lately,”

 

He said recent weeks stand in contrast to the last eight years under former President Barack Obama.

 

The bomb is so large that it is carried in the cargo hold of the aircraft then rolled out the plane's rear door toward its target. The bomb was dropped from the rear of an MC-130 aircraft, it was described as, the right weapon, the right target, the desired effect.

According to Inspector Precious Simango, the Bulawayo Police Spokesperson said that there is a high chance of abusive sex to take place if males are left with young girls.

She said,

“We want to reiterate that every male is a potential rapist and as such we want to warn the public not to leave the girl child under the guardianship of male relatives.

The Zimbabwean Senior Police officer advised the public not to leave young girls with family members because every male should be seen as a potential rapist.

DELTA STATE ATTACK: VILLAGERS FLEE AS HERDSMEN SHOOT SPORADICALLY IN EBEDEI COMMUNITY.

Ebedei Community in Delta State experienced serious tension, as Herdsmen heavily armed with AK 47 rifles invaded the village on Tuesday night, and shot sporadically, forcing villagers to flee the community.

The Chairman of the community’s vigilante team, Mr Olise Igbede, said that some indigenes were at the bank of a river at Adonishaka Quarter of the community when 10 herdsmen accosted them about 6.30 p.m.

Disclosing that eight of the herdsmen were armed with AK-47 guns and the other two with cutlasses, he said:

“They were asking our boys if this is Ebedei community and demanded to know why we are against cattle grazing.
“Our boys told them that they did not know what they were talking about and immediately, the herdsmen started beating them with their cutlasses and the boys raised alarm, which attracted other villagers.
“Later, about 7.30 p.m., they started shooting and some of the people, mostly women, started running out of the community to neighbouring towns. Later, the vigilante mobilized and proceeded towards the river.
When the herdsmen saw us coming, they ran away. Five minutes later, they started shooting again and we went to the river and removed the wooden bridge to prevent them from crossing over into the village. Presently, we are still watching the river to avoid any surprises,” he said.

The State Police Commisioner, Mr Andrew Aniamaka, also confirmed the shooting, he said,

“There is perfect calm in Ebeide as I speak to you, even though there was shooting on Tuesday night allegedly by herdsmen.”

According to sources in the community, Herdsmen has been a menace to the community, by destroying farmlands and harassing villagers.

They said the shooting was caused by tension generated at nearby, Mosogar and Jesse Communities, over a heated argument between herdsmen and an indigene of the community, which led to the death of the indigene.

SAN BERNADINO CALIFORNIA, DEADLY SCHOOL SHOOTING UPDATE.

Cedric Anderson 53 years of age, has been identified by the police as the person who shot and killed Karen Elaine Smith 53, identified as his wife, as she taught a class in a school in San Bernadino, California, on 10 April, 2017.

San Bernadino Police Chief, Jarrod Burguan said,

 

"Cedric Anderson, of Riverside, California, walked into a special-needs classroom at North Park Elementary School in San Bernardino and opened fire on his estranged wife, Karen Elaine Smith, "without saying anything," before turning the gun himself."

 

Two students were injured in the murder-suicide at North Park Elementary School in San Bernardino, and one of those children later died at a hospital, the two students struck by gunfire were standing behind Smith, the Police Chief said.

 

The two male children who were injured were taken to the hospital, one of them 8 year old Jonathan Martinez died of gun shot injuries, while the second is in stable condition at the hospital. Police do not believe the two children were targeted, they just happened to be close the teacher.

 

Jonathan Martinez aged 8, died after been shot by Cedric Anderson.

According to reports, Anderson has a criminal history of domestic violence, drug abuse and weapon charges. The couple were estranged and no longer intimate, they got married a few months ago and just got separated a month ago.

 

The San Bernadino Community hosted a candle light vigil at our Lady of Assumption church. Bishop Gerald barnes said at the gathering,  

 

"Sometimes all we can do is cry, and today is the day for that, We'll get up again. We'll move on. We'll become stronger. But today is the day to cry." 

 

Capt. Ron Maass, who is leading the investigation for the San Bernardino Police Department, said the shooter entered the building on a visitor’s pass and signed in at the front office. He had told the school personnel that he was there to drop something off to his wife, which is very common.

San Bernadino School, has no prior knowledge of Karen's  troubled relationship with the shooter, police say.

FRSC: FRSC RECALLS MR AYODELE, THE RIVERS STATE SECTOR COMMANDER.

The Rivers State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC, Mr Ayodele Kumapayi has been recalled, alongside some other officers for cutting the hair of some female officers on Monday routine parade.

According to Corps spokesman, Mr Bisi Kazeem, he said the officers concerned were recalled in order to pave way for proper investigation.

He debunked the reports  in an Online News Media, that Kumapayi has been suspended, saying that“it is a recall, not suspension."

Photos of the incidence flooded Social Media, where Kumapayi were using scissors to cut the hair of some female officers, whom he allegedly punished for having long hair do.

Breaking! EFCC INTERCEPTS N250 MILLION LOOTED CASH FROM BALOGUN MARKET.

According to the spokesman of the Economic and Financial Crimes commission, EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, huge amount of money was recovered from the popular Balogun Market, on Monday, in Lagos State.

The discovery of the cash was facilitated by a tip off from a whistle blower whose information forced operatives to swoop into the Market and intercept the money, totalling 250 million naira, worth at the current parallel Market.

The breakdown of money as given by EFCC: €547,730, £21,090 and N5,648,500, at N306 to 1 Dollar.

The spokesman said that they responded timely, and were able to meet the money in Bureau de Change office, but a large chunk of it had been converted into foreign currencies.



Uwujare said,

“The intercept followed information that about N250 million cash was being moved somewhere in the market for conversion into foreign currencies by unnamed persons.

“Operatives responded timely, met the money in Bureau de Change office, but a large chunk of it had been converted into Euro and Pounds sterling.

 “The BDC operators found in possession of the monies claimed they were acting on behalf of their boss who sent the money to them from one of the Northern states in Nigeria.

 “Two persons apprehended in the course of the raid are helping the commission in its investigation.

The cash belonged to an unnamed top official from one of the Northern states in the country, yet to be identified.

According to a statement issued in Abuja on Monday, the Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed has debunked the rumour that the Federal Government through its agencies, are to monitor and record all phone calls made by the citizens.

He described it as false the Information circulating, he said that the intention of those behind the fake news is to give the impression that the Government is working to stifle the freedom of speech.

"There's no regulation, old or new from the Ministry of Interior or any Federal Government Agency requiring the recording of all calls or monitoring of the social media platforms like Whatsapp, Twitter or Facebook. We are therefor using this medium to inform all Nigerians that what is been circulated in this regard is totally false and should  be disregarded."

"We thank all Nigerians who have reached out to us in an effort to confirm the authenticity or otherwise of this information, which is wisely been circulated on the social media. This is the best way to ensure that the purveyors of false news do not dominate our media space.'" he said.

ISIS CLAIMS RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE PALM SUNDAY BOMBINGS!

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the two attacks that took place in Egypt this morning, during the PALM SUNDAY service.

The U.S. Embassy in Cairo Egypt condemened the attack the attack in a statement.

"The U.S. embassy condemns the heinous, reprehensible terrorist attack against peaceful worshippers at Saint George’s Church in Tanta on one of the holiest days of the Christian year, Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims of this horrific attack. We express our deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims, and we wish the injured a speedy recovery. The two bombings on Palm Sunday which killed 44 people and injured over 100 people. The attack follow warning by ISIS that they will escalate attack on Egypt Christians, which make up to 10% of the country's population.

An eyewitness that stays across the street where the bombing took place, said the explosion violently shook her building around mid-morning when the church was fully packed for service.

 "Deacons were the first to run out of the church. Many of them had blood on their white robes," Later, the more seriously wounded started to be brought out, carried in the arms of survivors and ferried to hospitals in private cars, she said."

PALM SUNDAY HORROR! TWO SEPERATE BOMB BLAST HIT CHURCHES IN EGYPT.

Egypt has struggled to combat the wave of Islamic militancy since the 2013 military overthrow of an elected Islamist president President Mohammed Morsi, a senior Brotherhood figure, and incurred the wrath of many Islamists, who attacked churches and other Christian institutions after his ouster.

 At least 26 persons has been declared dead and 71 seriously injured in a church in North Cairo in the town of TANTA, as worshippers are celebrating the PALM SUNDAY feast.

Another bomb went off shortly afterwards at a church in the coastal area of Alexandria, killing at least 11 and wounding 35.

Pope Francis has condemned the deadly attack on a Coptic Church in Egypt during Palm Sunday celebrations, just weeks before his planned visit to Cairo, Pope Francis said,

 "deep condolences to my brother, Pope Tawadros II, the Coptic church and all of the dear Egyptian nation, He also prayed that God converts the heart of those that spread terror."to convert the hearts of those who spread terror, violence and death, and also the hearts of those who make, and traffic in, weapons."



Popes remarks came after he was notified during the Palm Sunday Celebration at St Peter's Square.

German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel said in a statement Sunday that

"the aim of the perpetrators, to drive a wedge between people of different faiths living peacefully side-by-side, mustn't be allowed to happen."

 

He spoke after a bomb went off at a church in the Nile Delta town of Tanta, killing at least 26 people and wounding dozens.

 

Egypts Health minister confirmed the attack says an explosion at a church in the coastal city of Alexandria has killed 11 people, and wounded at least 35 others.

 

It appeared to be the second attack targeting Egypt's Coptic Christians, after a bomb in a church in the Nile Delta town of Tanta killed 26 people and wounded more than 70.
